There's nothing I love more in this world than personalized things. Therefore, you can only imagine my excitement when I got my The Big Brown Eyes (TBBE) swimsuit just in time for my trip to Cancun. Por esto ya se imaginan mi felicidad cuando recibi esta malla con las iniciales de The Big Brown Eyes justo a tiempo para mi viaje a Cancun. H&M x BLOGLOVIN: SEQUINS ALL DAY, EVERY DAY

I'm a lover for anything that sparkles but with it comes a fear of how much I'm actually going to wear that piece since I don't go out much at night. When I found out H&M was doing a casting to find the "Breakthrough Blogger of the Year" along Bloglovin and ManRepeller's Leandra Medine, I knew I had to push my styling skills to the max but without losing my fashion identity. My personal style has always been classy and even if I'm wearing sequins, I still try to add that characteristic to my outfit. After all, fashion should be an expression of who you are. For those who fear sequins during the day, here are 3 little tips for you: 1) layering is a great idea to soften up the look. 2) keep the rest of your look clean- no added shine or prints 3) leave the sequin dresses for nightime- best for day are tops and even skirts. Seguro ya se han dado cuenta cuanto amo las piezas que brillan, pero con eso viene también el miedo de gastar en comprarme algo y usarlo muy poco ya que no salgo mucho de noche. Cuando me enteré que H&M estaba haciendo un casting junto a Bloglovin y Leandra Medine del blog Man Repeller, supe que tenia que arriesgarme un poco con un look pero sin perder mi identidad fashionista. Mi estilo personal es siempre mas clásico y hasta cuando uso brillo siempre trato de incorporar esa característica en mi vestir. Para eso esta la moda no? Para expresar quien uno es a traves de ella. Para todos aquellos que tienen también un poco de miedo de usar brillo durante el dia, aqui los dejo con tres tips: 1) aumentar piezas a tu prenda brillos es siempre una buena idea para suavizar el look 2) deja el resto de look limpio- no añadas extra brillo o estampas al look. 3) los vestidos cortos de lentejuelas déjalos para la noche, en vez experimenta con tops hasta faldas. | Para todos los detalles de este look hagan click abajo para verlo todo! Every time I'm away I take advantage of shooting in fun places and with my favorite outfits in complete detail that I sometimes don't post on my Instagram and Facebook. Last month I went on a getaway to a really great friend's wedding in Cancun and I got the chance to shoot in the most beautiful locations like the Ik Kil Cenote, the Chichen Itza ruins and other stunning places which I'll be showing you in an upcoming travel diary post soon! In the meantime I did not want to keep you guys waiting so I decided to post one of my favorite outfits of the trip- a versatile cutout dress that can be worn as a cover up during the day or dress it up with high heels for nighttime. Siempre que estoy de viaje aprovecho de fotografiar lo mas que puedo ya que me encuentro con lugares fascinantes donde realmente disfruto mostrarles mis looks favoritos a detalle que no muestro en mi Facebook o Instagram. El mes pasado pude salir de vacaciones por unos cuantos días y asistí al matrimonio de una de mis grandes amigas en Cancun. Aqui aproveche de fotografiar en lugares increíbles como el cenote Ik Kil, las ruinas de Chichen Itza y otros hermosos lugares que pronto les mostrare en un post estilo "travel diary" para ustedes. Para no dejarlos esperando, ya que hace tiempo que quiero subir este post, los dejo con uno de mis looks favoritos que usé en el viaje- este vestido calado que puede ser utilizado durante el dia con gafas para un look relajado o de noche con tacos!
